Definition
"Trade Show" means any exhibition, sale, or display where goods, merchandise, or services are sold and having at least ten persons participate who deal in the type of goods, merchandise or service exhibited, sold, or traded.
Fee
The license fee shall be $2.00 per booth, exhibit, or display or $2.00 per 100 square feet of booth, exhibit, or display space, whichever is greater. Payment shall be made at the time of the license application or may be made on a quarterly basis by the owner or lessee of the premises upon which the trade show is being conducted.
Application
An application shall be filed prior to the opening of the trade show. The application shall state the names and addresses of all persons who are to participate in the trade show, the site, and any other pertinent information requested by the License Officer.
Fine
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall pay a fine in an amount not exceeding the sum of five hundred dollars, together with the cost of collection.
