Landlord Ordinance No. 1930:
Amending Ordinance 1709 from July, 1990


Definition: This ordinance requires all owners, landlords, rental agents, and real estate brokers collecting rentals from tenants for property situated within the Municipality of Monroeville to submit to the Municipal Manager a list of all names and addresses of all tenants. Fine: Any landlord, rental agent, or real estate broker failing to comply with the requirements of this Ordinance, shall, for such failure, be subject to a fine of THREE HUNDRED ($300.00) DOLLARS for each name and address they fail to file with the Municipal Manager of the Municipality of Monroeville.
