Park Locations and Directions

Alpine - Head east on Route 22 to Alpine Village light. Make right on Alpine Village Drive. Then left onto Altaview. Park is at the end of Altaview and Luzerne Drives. Click here for Google map.

Beechwood - Take Haymaker Road to Ramsey Road. Turn left onto Ramsey Road, go about ¼ mile and turn left onto entrance of Ramsey School. The park is located behind the school.

Bel Aire Pool (Monroeville Community Pool)- From Route 48 south, bear left onto Haymaker Road past the hospital. At the Y intersection, bear left onto Saunders Station Road; continue to the intersection with Abers Creek Road, turn left and the pool is on the right side. Click here for Google map.

Bellwood - On Monroeville Blvd. heading towards the Mall, bear right onto James Street, past the entrance to the Mall. Turn left onto Longview and left again onto Bellwood. The park is on the right side past the stop sign. Click here for Google map.

Evergreen - Take Old William Penn Hwy. west towards Penn Hills. Turn right onto Garden City Drive. Turn right onto Dahlia (second stop sign) then right onto Chinaberry, which will lead into Evergreen Park. Click here for Google map.

Ferndale - From Route 48 take Northern Pike east. At second red light, turn righ onto West Patty Lane. Make second left onto Lolly Drive and park is on the right side between East Patty Lane and Duke Lane. Click here for Google map.

Hawkeye - Follow Route 22 east towards Murrysville. Turn left onto Elliott Road. Go past apartment buildings. Turn right onto Illini Drive. Turn left at the stop sign onto Hawkeye Drive. This will lead directly into the park. Click here for Google map.

Heritage - From Route 48 south, turn left onto Haymaker Road past the hospital. At the Y intersection bear left onto Saunders Station Road. The park is about ¾ of a mile further on the left. Click here for Google map.

Monroeville - Traveling east down Monroeville Blvd. (past Target) make a right at the stop sign onto Pitcairn Road. At the next intersection, bear left onto Tilbrook Road. Continue straight on Tilbrook through three stop signs. Entrance to park is on left, just before the tennis courts. Click here for Google map.

Monroeville Community Park - Traveling east down Monroeville Blvd. (past Target) make a right at the stop sign onto Pitcairn Road. At the next intersection, bear left onto Tilbrook Road. Continue straight on Tilbrook about 100 feet past the second stop sign, turn right into main entrance. There is a second entrance (the pavilions) at the next stop sign turn right. Overlook - Located in Mellon Plan. Take Monroeville Blvd. past lower Monroeville Road. Turn left onto Wilmerding Road past Restland Cemetery. Hidden Valley condominiums are on the right. Go 100 feet and turn onto Thomas Street. Follow Thomas Street to the top. Turn at the first left onto 5th Street. After passing several houses you will see the park. Click here for Google map.

Patton Heights - At the corner of James Street and Rosecrest Drive (Young's Corner) turn left onto Brinton Street from Monroeville Blvd., then make a immediate right onto Lynnwood. Click here for Google map.

Penn Hall Sports Field - Take Route 48 north to Beatty Road. Turn right onto Beatty Road; go past two stop signs to Old Frankstown Road. Turn right onto Old Frankstown Road; the park is about one mile further on the right. Click here for Google map.

Pioneer - Head west on Monroeville Blvd. towards Turtle Creek, past Young's Corner (James Street and Rosecrest). Make the first left onto Poplar Street. At the stop sign turn right onto Willow Drive then left onto Mt. Pleasant and left again onto Young Drive and into the park. Click here for Google map.

Valley Park - From Route 48 south, bear left onto Haymaker Road past the hospital. At the Y intersection, bear left onto Saunders Station Road; continue to the intersection with Abers Creek Road, turn left and park will be at the bottom on the hill on your right. Click here for Google map.
